With health and well being at the forefront of today’s priorities, people are looking to exercise as a way to prevent illness or injury.  Exercise is a way for people to invest in and influence the future of their health, but most people don’t know how to exercise for the purpose of prevention.  The only idea of exercise they have is the vigorous, strenuous, and self-inflicted suffering that they see at boot camp or the local gym that will likely lead to exactly what they are trying to prevent.

At Kinections, a personalize assessment is performed by a Physical Therapist to identify current risks factors and dysfunctions.  A personal program is then developed and used as a guide for a self-guided program or for one-on-one sessions.   “Check-ins” are scheduled every few months to assess the progress made and to advance the program.
